Meta Ads Agency in India: Because a Click Is Not a Customer
Digital Marketing Cube is a Meta ads agency that runs and fixes Facebook and Instagram ads for businesses across India, and reports in leads and orders, not clicks.

A Meta ads agency runs the paid side of Facebook and Instagram for you: strategy, setup, creative direction, campaign management, tracking and reporting. It cannot fix a weak offer, a slow website or a sales team that does not call back.
Meta ads, Facebook ads and Instagram ads: what is the difference?
Meta ads is the name for the whole system. Facebook ads and Instagram ads are placements inside it, bought from one place called Ads Manager. One campaign can show on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp.
What we take on
- Business Manager and ad account setup or repair
- Audience, placement and campaign structure
- Ad copy and creative direction, with regular testing
- Pixel and Conversions API tracking
- Weekly changes and a monthly report
- Advice on landing pages, forms and follow-up
What stays with you
- Your ad budget, paid straight to Meta
- Your product, price and offer
- Your accounts, which stay in your name
- Answering leads and delivering orders
- The final decision on what you advertise
How a Meta account fits together
Most trouble sits at one of these six points. We check them in order.
- CampaignThe goal: leads, sales, messages or reach.
- Ad setThe audience, budget and placements.
- AdThe creative and copy people see.
- DestinationYour page, a form or a WhatsApp chat.
- TrackingPixel and Conversions API report what people did.
- Your recordsOrders or CRM, where the real result lives.
Why Your Meta Ads Get Clicks but Not Customers
Most Meta ads problems we see fall into seven groups. Each has a cause you can check and a fix. We cannot tell which one is yours until we see your account, but this is what each one looks like.
The Leads Are Real. The Buyers Are Not.
What you see
Forms fill up, then calls go unanswered or reach the wrong people.
Usual cause
Instant forms fill in from a profile, so one tap can submit a lead. Short forms, slow follow-up and a goal set to the cheapest lead all attract people who were only scrolling.
What we do
Add questions that filter, check phone numbers, set a follow-up routine and, where your CRM allows it, send lead quality back to Meta so it finds more of the good ones.
Ads Manager Counts More Orders Than Your Store Does
What you see
Ads Manager shows one number. Your store or CRM shows another.
Usual cause
The two count differently. Meta counts actions inside its attribution window, including some views. Your store counts each order once. Duplicate events from the Pixel and Conversions API can add more.
What we do
Check events and duplicates, compare Ads Manager with your own orders over the same days, and agree which number guides which decision.
What you see
Costs jump in the first week, the account says "Learning limited", and the campaign gets switched off.
Usual cause
Meta needs enough results to learn from. Industry guides commonly cite about 50 results per ad set in a week. A budget too thin for your cost per result never gets there, and constant edits restart the learning.
What we do
Do the budget maths before launch, tell you when a budget is too thin for the goal, and agree review points so changes rest on enough data.
Fifteen Ads, One Idea
What you see
Good results fade after a few weeks and costs creep up.
Usual cause
The same message in many shapes. Industry reports say Meta can treat near-identical ads as one idea, and that new, different creative is now a main way to reach new people. These are industry reports, not Meta guarantees.
What we do
Plan different angles, openings and formats from the start, and refresh them on a schedule we agree with you.
Rejected, Restricted or Switched Off Without Warning
What you see
Ads are disapproved, or the whole ad account is restricted.
Usual cause
Meta reviews the ad and the page it leads to together. Exaggerated claims, wording that points at a person's traits, before-and-after images, health claims and a page that does not match the ad are common triggers. Some categories need extra steps.
What we do
Check policy fit before launch, read the exact reason Meta gives, and only then fix or appeal. We never open new accounts to get around a restriction.
What you see
A monthly file, no access to the account, and no reason given for budget moves.
Usual cause
Accounts or pixels owned by the agency, reports built on clicks and reach, and no record of changes.
What we do
Work inside your ad account with your pixel and your data. Send a weekly change log and a monthly report on leads, orders and lead quality.
Festive Season: Everyone Bids for the Same Customer
What you see
Costs rise and results tire faster around big sale periods.
Usual cause
More advertisers compete for the same people at the same time, and audiences see more ads overall, including yours.
What we do
Plan creative and budget weeks ahead, keep part of the budget free to back whatever is working, and message existing customers on WhatsApp where that fits.
Running Instagram ads? We handle those here too.
Instagram ads are bought through the same Meta system. We cover Instagram on its own page, with the checks we make when Instagram ads stop working. Reach questions have a guide too: why is my Instagram reach so low?
Does one of these sound like your account?
Send us your ad account details and we will tell you which of the seven we would check first.
How We Start: Before We Spend a Rupee of Your Budget
Most Meta ads trouble begins before the first ad goes live. So we begin with your business, not with Ads Manager. We understand your need, discuss it internally, recommend what actually works, and only then build.
We learn how your business makes money
Your products or services, margins, what a good customer is worth, how enquiries become sales, and what you have already tried.
We check everything that already exists
Business Manager, ad account, page, pixel, website, past campaigns and your sales records. Starting fresh? We study your market and competitors instead.
We fix tracking first
Pixel and Conversions API set up or repaired, and tested against your real leads and orders before spend is raised.
We set up your accounts properly
Facebook Business Manager in your name, the right roles, payment and page access, and domain checks, so nothing depends on us.
We build the plan around your requirement
Platforms, campaign types and budget split, with an honest note on what will and will not work. Sometimes the answer is to fix the website first.

Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp: Where Your Ads Meet Customers
You choose the goal. Meta decides where an ad is likely to work. We review that choice and switch off placements that waste budget.

Lead Form, Website or Click-to-WhatsApp: Which Fits Your Business?
There is no single best campaign type. The right one matches how you actually close sales, so we start from what happens after the click.
| Campaign type | Where the customer lands | Works well for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lead form | A form inside Facebook or Instagram | Service businesses that want enquiries | Auto-filled forms bring casual taps. Questions and follow-up decide quality. |
| Website or landing page | Your own page | A clear offer and a fast page | A slow page, or one that does not match the ad, wastes the click. |
| Click-to-WhatsApp | A WhatsApp chat with your business | Businesses that close sales by conversation | Slow replies lose the chat. Tag chats in a CRM to judge quality. |
| Sales and catalogue ads | Your online store | Stores with products and a connected catalogue | Orders are not profit until returns and cash on delivery are counted. |
| Retargeting | People who visited, watched or added to cart | Reminding warm visitors | Needs enough visitors, and the same ad shown too often tires people. |
Not sure which one you need? We often test two and judge them on lead quality, not on cost per lead alone.
Leads That Actually Buy: Fixing What Happens After the Form
Cheap leads are easy to buy. Leads that turn into customers need work on both sides of the form. A lead form that auto-fills from a profile can bring contacts who never meant to enquire, and a slow reply lets the rest cool off.
What we change
- Form questions that need a real answer
- Phone and email checks before leads reach your team
- A reply routine, so each lead is called quickly
- Lead stages tagged in a CRM: new, contacted, qualified, sold
- Lead stages sent back to Meta, where your volume suits it
Sending CRM stages back to Meta uses the Conversions API. Meta's own guidance treats a steady monthly flow of leads as a condition for it to work well, and we tell you whether that applies to you. CRM setup is extra work, quoted separately.
- AdSpeaks to the buyer you want, not everyone.
- Form or chatAsks enough to filter out casual taps.
- Quick replyYour team answers while interest is fresh.
- CRM statusEach lead marked as qualified or sold.
- Back to MetaMeta learns which leads were good.
Selling Online? Why Orders Do Not Always Mean Profit
Ads Manager reports orders placed. Your bank sees orders delivered and kept. The gap between the two is where many stores lose money.
What we check on a store
- Orders Ads Manager reports against orders delivered and kept
- Cash on delivery and return-to-origin (RTO) share, shown apart from prepaid orders
- Catalogue and retargeting ads for people who viewed products or added to cart
- Product pages: reviews, returns policy, delivery details and speed
- Mobile checkout, step by step
Why checkout matters more than most owners expect
Industry sources report that the biggest drop for Indian D2C stores comes between cart and checkout. Common reasons are surprise shipping costs, few payment options and forced sign-up.
Global averages from the Baymard Institute, reported by Razorpay, 2026. Your store will differ.
If the store is the problem, we say so and can help. See our Shopify website development and landing page design services.
Tracking You Can Trust: Pixel, Conversions API and One Honest Report
The Pixel records actions in the browser. The Conversions API sends the same actions from your server, so fewer get lost to blockers and privacy settings. Used together, with duplicates removed, they give Meta better data and give you a number you can check.
What we test
- Each event fires once, with the right name
- Pixel and Conversions API events are matched, not doubled
- Event Match Quality is reviewed for lead and purchase events
- Ads Manager is compared with your orders over the same days
- Attribution settings and time zones are noted in the report
Which number to trust for what
- Your store or CRM tells you what actually sold.
- Ads Manager tells you which ads and audiences do better than others inside Meta.
- Your bank tells you what was left after returns and delivery.
We show all three side by side, so a gap is explained, not hidden.
Not sure your numbers are right?
We compare Ads Manager with your own orders and show you where they differ.
What You Get From Us, and What We Quote Separately
Our Meta ads services cover the management of your campaigns. Some extra work sits outside that, and we keep the two apart so you always know what you are paying for.
Included in Meta ads management
- Account and campaign structure
- Audience and placement setup
- Ad copy and creative direction
- Weekly testing and changes, with a written change log
- Pixel and event checks
- Monthly report on leads, orders and lead quality
- Advice on landing pages, forms and follow-up
Scoped and quoted separately
- Conversions API and CRM integration
- Click-to-WhatsApp chat flows and automation
- Video, UGC-style and design production
- Landing page or store changes, through our landing page design and Shopify services
Extra work is discussed first and quoted after we understand what you need. This page shows no prices because a number quoted before we understand your business would not mean much.

Your Accounts, Your Data, Your Call
Hiring an agency should never mean losing control of your own accounts. This is how we work with you.
- Your Business Manager, ad account, pixel and page stay in your name
- We work through partner access, or access you share with us
- A weekly change log: what we changed and why
- A monthly report on leads, orders and lead quality

- Our access is removed within 7 working days if we part
- Creatives and reports made for you are handed over on request
What we will not do
- Promise a number of leads, sales or a return on ad spend
- Run your campaigns from an account we own
- Put your ad budget inside our fee
- Open new accounts to get around a restriction
- Hide bad news in a long report
- Hold your data if you decide to leave
Want these terms in writing?
Ask for them in your proposal. We are glad to put every point on paper.
What Affects the Cost of Meta Ads (Without the Sales Pitch)
Meta advertising has two separate costs. Ad spend is the budget paid directly to Meta from your own account, and you set it. The management fee is what an agency charges for the work. Keeping them apart means you always control the budget.
How agencies commonly charge
A flat monthly fee, a percentage of ad spend, or a mix. A percentage rises with your budget whether or not results improve. A flat fee can leave little reason to grow the account. Ask any agency which model it uses and why. We scope our fee after a discovery call, and this page shows no prices.
Six things that move your cost
- How many advertisers want the same people, and the season
- The size and quality of the audience
- The goal: reach, traffic, leads or sales
- How well the creative holds attention
- How well your page and follow-up turn clicks into customers
- How many campaigns, creatives and extras are in scope
When Meta Ads Are Not the Right Move for You
We would rather say this on the first call than after you have spent the budget. Meta ads are a poor fit in these cases.
Your website cannot take enquiries or orders yet
Ads will send people to a page that loses them. Fix the page first. We can help with that.
Nobody can answer leads quickly
Leads lose interest fast. If no one can reply promptly, ad budget is wasted.
The price does not survive delivery and returns
If shipping, returns and cash on delivery leave no margin, ads will lose money faster.
Your buyers search before they buy
People hunting for a specific product often start on Google. Google Ads may suit you better, or beside Meta. See our paid advertisement services.
Your category is restricted on Meta
Some categories carry extra rules or are not allowed. We tell you before any money is spent.
You need guaranteed sales by a fixed date
No honest agency can promise that. If it is a requirement, we are not the right fit.
Not sure whether Meta ads fit your business?
Ask us. If the answer is no, or not yet, we will say so and tell you what to do first.
How to Choose a Meta Ads Agency: Questions Worth Asking
These questions help you compare any agency, including us. The answers tell you more than a sales deck.
Who owns the ad account, pixel and Business Manager?
A good answer sounds like
You do. The agency works through partner access.
Which numbers will you report, and will they match my orders?
A good answer sounds like
Leads, orders and lead quality, checked against your own records.
Who will run my account day to day?
A good answer sounds like
A named person you can speak to, not a rotating team.
How will you track leads and orders, not only clicks?
A good answer sounds like
Pixel and Conversions API, tested before launch.
What happens to access, creatives and data if we stop?
A good answer sounds like
Access removed quickly, and your work handed over.
How do you handle rejected ads and restricted accounts?
A warning sign
Opening new accounts to get around a restriction.
Other warning signs: promises of fixed sales, refusal to give you account access, reports that show only reach, and contracts that give the agency ownership of your accounts. We also tell you when we are probably not the right fit, in the section above.
How We Are Different From the Agency You Have Met Before
We are a focused New Delhi team, not the largest agency in India. We would rather earn trust one account at a time.
We understand first
We learn your business need, discuss it internally, and recommend what actually works before we execute.
We fix tracking before we scale
Spend rises only when the numbers can be checked against your own records.
We say no when no is the answer
If Meta ads do not suit you yet, you hear it on the first call.
Your accounts stay yours
Nothing is held back, and access ends cleanly if we part.
People who have run ads for years
Our team has 25+ years of combined experience, and 22+ of those years are in paid ads.

Meta Ads Questions, Answered Straight
Real questions from business owners who run Meta ads or are thinking about it.
What does a Meta ads agency do?
A Meta ads agency plans, builds and manages paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp. It sets up tracking so results can be checked against your leads and orders, tests different ads, and reports each month on what the spend produced. At Digital Marketing Cube we also review your accounts, website and follow-up first, because most problems start there.
Is a Facebook ads agency the same as a Meta ads agency?
The two names usually mean the same job. Meta ads covers every Meta placement, including Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp, and Facebook ads is one part of it. Campaigns for both are built and bought in one tool, Ads Manager, so we run them together and split the budget by what works.
How do Meta ads agencies charge?
Agencies commonly charge a flat monthly fee, a percentage of ad spend, or a mix. A percentage rises with your budget even if results do not, and a flat fee can leave little reason to grow the account, so ask any agency which model it uses and why. We scope our fee after a discovery call and show no prices on this page.
Is ad spend included in your fee?
No. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta from your own ad account. Our fee covers the work. Keeping the two apart means you control the budget and can see where every rupee goes.
How much budget do I need to start Meta ads?
There is no single right figure. Work backwards: how much does one result cost in your category, and how many results does Meta need in a week to learn? Industry guides commonly cite about 50. If your budget cannot reach that for your goal, results stay uneven. We tell you before launch if a budget looks too thin, and sometimes suggest a simpler goal.
How long before Meta ads show results?
Ads can start delivering within hours, but patterns take longer to show. Judging a campaign on its first few days is a common mistake. Nobody can promise a result date, so we agree review points with you and decide on enough data.
Why do my Facebook ads bring leads but no sales?
Usual causes are forms that auto-fill and let casual scrollers submit, slow follow-up, a campaign goal set to the cheapest lead, and no feedback from your sales team to Meta. We check the form questions, the phone numbers, how fast leads are called, and whether your CRM can send lead stages back to Meta.
Why do some leads say they never filled in my form?
Instant forms open inside the app with name, email and phone already filled from the person's profile, so one tap can submit a lead. Many of these people never meant to enquire. Adding questions that need a real answer, or sending people to a short page instead, usually brings fewer but more genuine leads.
Why was my ad rejected or my ad account restricted?
Meta reviews the ad, the landing page and the targeting together. Common triggers are exaggerated claims, wording that points at a person's traits, before-and-after images, health claims and a page that does not match the ad. Open the Account Quality page, read the exact reason, fix the cause and then request a review. Do not make new accounts or pages to get around a restriction, as that can make things worse.
Why does Ads Manager show different numbers from my store?
Meta counts conversions inside its attribution window, including some views, while your store counts every order once. Duplicate events from the Pixel and Conversions API can add more. A gap is normal, but a large or growing one needs checking. We compare both sets of numbers over the same days and agree which one guides each decision.
Do I need the Conversions API as well as the Pixel?
The Pixel sends actions from the browser, and blockers and privacy settings can stop some of them. The Conversions API sends the same actions from your server, so fewer are lost. Used together with duplicates removed, they give Meta better data. Some lead goals in Ads Manager may also depend on it, so we check what your account needs. Setup is quoted separately when it is extra work.
Click-to-WhatsApp ads or lead forms: which is better?
Neither wins every time. Click-to-WhatsApp suits businesses that already close sales by chat, and it needs fast replies. Lead forms suit simple enquiries but can bring casual taps. A website page suits a clear offer. We often test two and judge them on lead quality, not cost per lead alone.
Will I own my ad account, pixel and data?
Yes. Your Business Manager, ad account, pixel and page stay in your name. We work through partner access or access you share with us. If we stop working together, we remove our access within 7 working days, and creatives and reports made for you are handed over on request.
Meta ads agency, freelancer or the boost button?
The boost button suits a post that already works and a simple reach goal. A freelancer can suit a small, narrow task. An agency suits work that needs strategy, creative, tracking and reporting together, with more than one person on your account. Whichever you pick, ask who owns the accounts and what happens if the person leaves.
Can you take over my existing Meta ads account?
Yes. We begin with a review of your Business Manager, pixel, campaigns and tracking, then tell you what to keep and what to rebuild. We rarely start from zero, because your history is useful, but we say so if tracking is too broken to trust.
Do you guarantee leads, sales or a return on ad spend?
No. Results depend on your product, price, offer, website, follow-up and budget, and nobody controls Meta's delivery. We promise a clear process, honest advice and plain reporting.
Still have a question?
