We do not publish fixed packages because a package that fits one business will be wrong for the next. Pricing depends on the service, the scope, and what your business actually needs. After the initial consultation — which is free — we put together a clear, itemised quote. You will see exactly what you are paying for, what it covers, and what falls outside the scope. No ambiguity, no padding.
We accept bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS), UPI, and cheque. We raise GST-compliant invoices for all payments. If you need a specific billing format for your accounts team, we can accommodate that. Just let us know during onboarding and we will sort it out before the first invoice goes out.
For ongoing retainer services — SEO, social media, Google Ads — we bill monthly in advance. For project-based work like website development, we typically take 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. This is discussed and agreed upon before anything is signed. There are no surprise payment demands mid-project.
No. We do not believe in trapping clients. For retainer services, we work on a monthly basis with a 30-day notice period for either side to exit. For project-based work, the scope and timeline are agreed upfront. We would rather earn your continued business every month than rely on a contract to keep you here.
It depends on the service. Website development projects typically take 4 to 8 weeks depending on scope and how quickly client inputs arrive. SEO is ongoing — initial technical fixes take 2 to 3 weeks, after which it is a continuous process. Google Ads campaigns can go live within 7 to 10 working days of receiving all required access and approvals. Social media management typically starts within 2 weeks of onboarding. We agree on timelines in writing before work begins and flag you immediately if anything changes.
You do. Full stop. Your Google Ads account, your website files, your social media profiles, your content — everything created for your business belongs to you. We will never hold accounts or assets hostage. If you ever leave, we hand over everything cleanly. This is stated explicitly in our service agreement.

If the foundation is solid, we work with it. If there are fundamental issues that would limit results regardless of how much SEO work we do, we tell you that honestly before you commit to anything. We will not sell you SEO on top of a broken website.
You can run both, and in many cases it makes sense to. Google Ads gives you immediate visibility while SEO builds long-term organic presence. They also inform each other — ad data tells us which keywords are converting, which makes SEO targeting sharper. That said, not every business needs both from day one. Budget, market competition, and your current website health all factor in. We will recommend what makes sense for your specific situation after the consultation — not whatever maximises our invoice.
