6.3 What Happens After Your Project Ends

When your engagement with Digital Marketing Cube concludes:

  • We will take steps to remove our access to your accounts (Google Ads, Meta, Analytics, website, etc.) within 7 working days of project conclusion, where technically possible and where we have been granted the ability to do so.
  • Project files, reports, and data will be retained for up to 3 months, after which they will be securely deleted or anonymised.
  • On your written request, we can delete your project data earlier, subject to any legal retention requirements.

6.4 Non-Disclosure

Data Retention
